The following terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to your booking (whether online or otherwise). These Terms together with the Tour Itinerary (defined hereinafter) shall constitute the entire agreement (“Agreement”) between Wolfpack Adventure (“Company”) and the Client/Customer (“You”) and shall constitute a legally binding agreement.

By booking the Services of the Company, you accept the following Terms, Conditions, Cancellation and Privacy Policy and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions and Interpretation

Tour(s), Road Trip(s), Trek(s), Expeditions, Motorcycle Tours and similar experiences (“Activities”) include but are not limited to customized tours, camping, itinerary planning, third-party logistics, local transport, accommodation booking, permits, equipment arrangements, food services, and other adventure-related services (“Services”) conducted by the Company with or without coordinators.

“Tour Itinerary” means the tour-specific details incorporated into this Agreement and shall prevail in case of inconsistency.

“You” refers to the individual booking the Services and all persons covered under that booking.

2. Acknowledgement, Acceptance and Assumption of Risk

2.1 You understand that the Services involve travel in remote, high-altitude and rugged regions where infrastructure, medical access, communication, hygiene, and safety standards may differ significantly from urban environments.

2.2 Activities may involve motorcycles, SUVs, trekking, off-road travel, and exposure to extreme terrain and weather. These carry inherent risks including injury, illness, death, property damage, and evacuation limitations.

2.3 You voluntarily assume all risks including but not limited to:

Landslides, avalanches, snowfall, floods, or other natural hazards

Altitude sickness and medical emergencies

Mechanical breakdowns or road hazards

Wildlife encounters

Political, environmental, or logistical disruptions

Limited access to hospitals or rescue services

2.4 Wolfpack Adventure shall not be held liable for injury, loss, delay, or damage arising from such risks.

2.5 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its team, partners, drivers, and service providers against claims arising from your participation.

2.6 You are responsible for carrying valid identification, permits, and travel documents. No refund shall be granted if participation is denied due to missing documentation.

3. Booking / Change / Modification of Services

3.1 The Company reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather, road closures, safety concerns, or force majeure.

3.2 No refund shall be payable for delays, rerouting, or curtailed activities caused by circumstances beyond Company control.

3.3 The Company reserves the right to remove any participant for unsafe, illegal, or disruptive conduct. No refund shall be issued in such cases.

4. Payment, Cancellation Policy, Refund & Price Revision

4.1 A minimum 40% advance payment is required to confirm booking.
The remaining balance must be paid 30 days prior to departure. Failure to do so may result in cancellation without refund.

Cancellation is calculated on the total booking value, not just the advance amount.

4.2 Fixed departures require minimum participation. If minimum numbers are not met, the Company may:

Offer alternate dates

Revise pricing

Provide refund or credit note

4.3 Prices may change due to:

Fuel price fluctuations

Accommodation or logistics cost changes

Government taxes or permit fees

Force majeure conditions

4.4 Approved refunds are processed within 4–12 weeks from the cancellation date.

5. Miscellaneous

5.1 The Company may use photographs or videos captured during trips for promotional purposes unless you request removal in writing.

5.2 You confirm that you are physically and mentally fit for high-altitude adventure travel.

5.3 The Company does not provide insurance; participants may arrange personal coverage at their own discretion.

5.4 You are solely responsible for safeguarding personal belongings.

5.5 Participants below 18 years must be accompanied by a legal guardian and provide written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wolfpack Adventure shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential losses

Travel disruptions beyond control

Third-party service failures

Injury or damages inherent to adventure travel

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid to the Company.

7. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the complete agreement between You and Wolfpack Adventure and supersede all prior communications.

8. Severability

If any provision is deemed invalid, remaining provisions shall remain enforceable.

9. Legal Capacity

You confirm that you have the legal authority and capacity to enter into this Agreement.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India.

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court, Kullu, Himachal Pradesh.

11. Trademarks

All product and company names are trademarks of their respective holders.

13. PRIVACY POLICY

13.1 Wolfpack Adventure operates the website:

13.2 Personal information collected (name, contact details, etc.) is used solely for trip coordination and service improvement.

13.3 We may collect technical information such as IP address, browser data, and usage statistics.

13.4 Cookies may be used to enhance user experience.

13.5 Third-party vendors may assist in delivering services but are obligated to maintain confidentiality.

13.6 While we follow reasonable safeguards, no digital transmission is completely secure.

13.7 External websites linked from our platform are governed by their own privacy policies.

13.8 We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 years of age.

13.9 This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically.

14. Acceptance of Terms

By booking Services with Wolfpack Adventure, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Privacy Policy and accept them as legally binding.
